In the year 2000, I embarked on a journey that would forever change the life of my family. Coming from Colombia, my wish was singular: to offer a better future to my children, to provide them with opportunities that aligned with the coveted American dream. The success stories that echoed in Colombia about United States filled me with hope. At first, life in a new country wasn't easy. The language, customs, and the sheer fact of being far from home presented us with a unique set of challenges. But, like many immigrant stories, I found solace and purpose in work. I was offered a job cleaning houses, and though I didn't know it then, this would be the start of our entrepreneurial journey. I quickly discovered the positive impact a clean and tidy space can have on people's lives. The smile on their faces, that sigh of relief upon returning to a pristine home, became my daily motivation. And so, six months later, in a family meeting, we decided to take a leap of faith. My children and I made the decision to build something of our own: our house cleaning company. With advertisements in hand, my children took on the task of distributing our flyers into the mailboxes around town as I drove through the streets, proudly sharing our value proposition. Step by step, house by house, our reputation grew. Today, we are blessed with the loyalty of clients who have been with us for over 15 years. Two decades later, our family remains as close-knit as day one. The values that Colombia taught us, and the relentless drive to excel, are the cornerstone of our business.
